New release of VideoNet PSIM SP3 security platform

In the new version of the VideoNet PSIM platform, we pay special attention to the connection of equipment certified according to the government decree No. 969 and the implementation of hardware and software for transport facilities. This approach allows you to get the most functional solution with multi-factor detection and prevention of various threat models at sites with high security requirements.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY

  • Connection of equipment for perimeter security system (PSS) TREZOR, manufactured by Trezor Ltd.
  • Solving an important task — high quality audio recording. Connection of external audio capture devices for 4 and 8 channels — PowerVN4-AudioIP, PowerVN8-AudioIP.
  • Support for Hikvision, RVI DVRs. Working with DVRs archives.
  • Integration of BPS C1 banknote counting machines. The possibility of logging banknote numbers is implemented.
  • A new method for displaying subtitles in the video window has been implemented. To improve the perception of captioned information, the effect of scrolling checks is implemented. This functionality is needed when applying banknote numbers to the video sequence.
  • Setting access rights by positions in ACS
  • New ACS reports. Working time and overtime, employees access, access to the rooms.

 

The new release of the platform confirms the advantage of PSIM technology. There are no unnecessary integrations, you build a security system in which different subsystems: video surveillance, ACS, FIAS, PSS – work as a single organism, controlled by various intellectual means and algorithms of video and audio analysis, neural networks, various technologies of recognition of threats, objects, biometric data.

 

CONNECTION OF THE TREZOR PERIMETER SECURITY SYSTEM (PSS) EQUIPMENT

 

VideoNet PSIM platform allows you to implement an intelligent solution to protect the perimeter of the object and reduce the number of patrols and false calls. Full support of the perimeter security system in a single security system is relevant for industrial and critical facilities: airports, refineries, factories, banks, transport facilities.

As part of the global integration and management of security equipment in the interface of the unified platform VideoNet PSIM, the connection of the Russian perimeter security system equipment TREZOR has been implemented. Solutions based on the VideoNet platform and the equipment of the TREZOR perimeter security system have a transport safety certificate (969) and are a complete solution for transport facilities.

For the convenience of managing the system, you can arrange all the perimeter security devices on the graphic plan as they are located on your object.

 

Operator manages the perimeter security devices from the graphic plans window: enable and disable segment and perimeter sensors guarding receiving information on the status of devices placed around the perimeter. All device operation results and operator actions are logged in the system event log.

Schedule of the VideoNet system allows you to configure system reactions to events of intrusion directly to the invasion site. In the schedule user can set up automatic responses to events from the TREZOR system.

QUALITY SOUND RECORDING

 

To record conversations in VideoNet PSIM, a proprietary development is implemented - the network call recording modules PowerVN4-AudioIP and PowerVN8-AudioIP, to which 4 to 8 external microphones or intercoms can be connected. The module has an Ethernet interface for connecting to a computer network. 

 

The registration module provides high-quality recording of conversations without compression (PCM standard) and is used to solve a wide range of tasks: improving efficiency of staff and customer service, conducting incident investigations, minimizing the risks of leaking confidential information, and identifying corruption.

Sound is recorded directly in VideoNet. Storing an audio archive is unlimited in time and depends only on the settings selected by the user. The user can listen to the sound for any selected period and simultaneously view the video from the scene.

An important advantage of VideoNet PSIM is the ability to connect an unlimited number of registration modules located in different places and integrate them into a single audio recording system managed from one workplace.

Simultaneously with sound recording, you can use the built-in sound detector in the VideoNet PSIM platform. The detector will detect the deviation of the audio signal from the programmed settings and notify the security service or the management of the incident. Simultaneous use of the functionality of sound detection, video analytics and face recognition will help you quickly find out the cause and prevent an incident.

Recording conversations on VideoNet PSIM can be used to organize audio recordings on transport objects. The solution complies with all the rules for mandatory certification of transport safety equipment, which is governed by Government Decree No. 969 dated September 26, 2016 “On Approving Requirements for the Functional Properties of Vehicle Safety Equipment and the Rules for Mandatory Certification of Vehicle Safety Equipment”.

 

CONNECTION OF HIKVISION, RVI DVRs

 

It provides the opportunity for DVR owners to use the full range of VideoNet video and media data processing functionality without switching to other equipment.

Implemented work with internal memory (archives) of DVR, NVR and IP cameras, including the proprietary protocol. VideoNet can receive data from the internal memory of devices automatically, after the restoration of the connection, which occurred as a result of workload or network failures, or according to the schedule. All transferred records will be available for viewing in the player.

 

INTEGRATION OF BPS C1 BANKNOTE COUNTING MACHINES AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE POS SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY

 

Implemented support for banknote counting machines BPS C1.

To work with banknote counting machines:

 

  • Implemented setting “Record banknote numbers” during captioning. The numbers of the counted banknotes are displayed in the subtitles on the video, and information about them is entered in the Trading journal.
  • A new method for displaying subtitles in a video window has been implemented to improve the perception of captioned information. Check scrolling effect.

 

SETTING ACCESS RIGHTS BY POSITIONS IN ACS.

 

The ability to automatically assign rights to access the premises to the employee according to his position is implemented. Now in VideoNet PSIM an employee's access rights can be assigned in different ways - individually, according to his position and as belonging to a department.

NEW ACS REPORTS

“Working time and overtime” analytical report

 

 

Working time and overtime report shows intervals of presence and absence of the employee in the workplace, daily working time credited him, as well as overtime for each day of the reporting period. The results of the report are affected by the allowed values for overtime specified for work schedules.

 

Overtime which duration is less than the allowed for overtime are not included in the report. The report parameter setting area contains the area for setting the time interval, as well as the Employees and Departments filters, which impose additional restrictions on the selection of data for the working time report.

 

“Access to the rooms” analytical report

 

The report allows you to get information about the access rights of employees in certain areas.

 

The report parameter setting area contains the Employees, Departments and Access Points filters. Additional settings of the analytical report “Access to the rooms” allow you to instruct the system which template to use for printing the report. When using multiple filters at the same time, the search results are summarized.

The full report form displays information grouped by access points.

The results viewing area of this report has two formats, brief and full. The brief format of the report displays employee number, employee, department, position, access point, schedule template and time restriction. The full report form displays the same information grouped by employees.
