VideoNet is a single platform that combines a professional video surveillance system and ACS. VideoNet 9.1 supports the HIKVISION line of access controllers. Now fans of the HIKVISION brand can choose hardware of the same brand for both ACS and video surveillance systems, and use VideoNet as a platform that will combine the hardware and organize a single integrated solution. VideoNet platform has a rich functionality, modern interface, configuration wizard and with it’s help it is easy to create one complete solution for your business.
You can connect following Hikvision access controllers to the VideoNet platform: DS-K2601, DS-K2602, DS-K2604, DS-K2801, DS-K2802, DS-K2804. HIKVISION ACS controllers can control various executive devices: electromagnetic and electromechanical locks, turnstiles, barriers, gateways and card receivers.
In VideoNet version 9.1 gateway mode is realized. In gateway mode, the controller controls access through a single access point, which is two doors with a closed space between them (the gateway). If one of the doors that is part of the gateway is open, there is no possibility of opening any other door of the gateway.
